SOFTWARE ASSET MANAGEMENT AboveBoard is Zallcom's complete on-line, browser based, Software Asset Management (SAM) system. The application provides Zallcom's clients with the ability to view the status of their licence holdings for all vendor products irrespective of platform. It provides a history for all licenses, cross grades, upgrades and full packaged product, including software maintenance contracts and renewal dates. Only substantiated licence information is contained in AboveBoard. Substantiation is usually the result of a Procurement Audit via Zallcom, or via validation with the vendor. |
